Lenovo is reportedly preparing to launch a Legion Pro Rollable gaming laptop, which will feature a horizontally expanding OLED display that rolls from a normal laptop screen into an ultrawide 21:9 panel. According to “leaked promotional material” obtained by Windows Latest, Lenovo will debut the laptop in early 2026, likely at CES 2026.
The Legion Pro Rollable is Lenovo’s second laptop to feature a rolling display. Its first was the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable, which launched in January 2025 with a vertical-roll screen that expanded from 14 inches to 16.7 inches.
This new rollable is targeted at gamers and content creators. Its rolling mechanism stores excess screen space inside the left and right edges of the display chassis. When activated, motors drive the rails outward, pulling the hidden portions of the flexible OLED panel along the extended support structure to create a continuous ultrawide display. Thick protective edges on the left and right sides help prevent damage to moving screen parts.
The laptop comes with an Intel Core Ultra processor paired with Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series graphics, running Windows 11. The rollable OLED panel refreshes at a minimum of 120Hz.
Details such as GPU configurations and pricing are outstanding, and Lenovo itself has yet to publicly announce the laptop. But when it comes to unique laptops, Lenovo appears to be a step ahead of the others: Earlier this year, the brand unveiled a solar laptop concept.
